I am using the title ‘Holistic Maya’, since becoming a Certified Practitioner in some of Don Elijio Panti’s work that he transmitted to Dr. Rosita Arvigo treating the mind, body and spirit of a person, by the use of massage, plants, prayers and incense to help them attain better health and well being in all aspects of their life. As with any other natural healing, The Arvigo Techniques aim is to restore the body to its natural balance.

These are the 3 images of Ix Chel, who is one of the better known of the 9 Maya spirits.  She is the goddess of medicine, childbirth, weaving, the moon and queen of all the other goddesses. She watches over the sick, women in childbirth, the newborn, healers and plants. She is the guardian of the forest and queen of the forest spirits.
